As physical educators, we will provide engaging instruction and feedback on body mechanics, body movements, and skills used in individual, partner, and team athletic activities.  We will build a foundation for establishing healthy, lifelong habits for students.  

Movements and Skills of PE: 

Locomotor - running, jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping, side shuffling

Manipulative - catching, throwing, passing, dribbling, shooting

Body management - dance, stunts, tumbling 

*Helpful tips and reminders*

- Eat a healthy breakfast

- Pack a healthy snack and lunch

- Bring a water bottle

- Drink water throughout the day

- Wear appropriate athletic shoes
